Rugged offers F150 owners the opportunity to lift their trucks a nice 3.5 inches in front which can allow for a 34 inch tire with not rubbing. 35" may require front crash bar modifications.
The 55-230015 3.5 inch lift kit includes tubular steel upper control arms with the correct pivot angle for 3.5 inches of lift. This kit uses CNC machined billet Aluminum top strut extensions with a lower spring preload spacer to control suspension travel while providing a nice riding 3.5 inches of lift. 
We include cast iron rear lift blocks with new U-bolts for the rear.
